Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Coaching experience is required.
• Proven organizational, evaluation, administrative, and communication skills; ability to work well under pressure; knowledge of sport regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coaching, developing, motivating, and evaluating academically and athletically qualified student athletes in fencing.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, Big Ten, and Penn State policies and procedures.
• Support administrative processes related to team travel, recruiting travel, budget, and student-athlete eligibility and academic progress.
