QIC Corporation is seeking a part-time FedEx pickup & delivery driver in Olathe, KS. You will deliver packages along a set route, operate a company truck with a focus on safety, and maintain timely, accurate deliveries throughout the day.

The role supports flexible/irregular schedules and is ideal for candidates with nontraditional shifts. Training is provided, and the position emphasizes reliability and customer service while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid, non-expired Driver's License.
• No CDL necessary.
• FMCSA requires English proficiency to read signs and communicate with the public (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• No DUIs.
• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Pre-employment drug screen required; certain prescriptions not allowed per DOT.
• Initiative with fast-moving feet and safety as priority.
• Daytime shift only.
• Paid Training.

QIC Corporation (Partnering with Fed Ex ) seeks a Part-time Pick-up & Deliver Driver.
This Part-Time position aims to fulfillspecific individual requests, determined on your availability. This Flexible/Part-Time driver has the option to workset scheduled day(s), irregular requested scheduled days to fit variable schedules, or be a substitute driver to fill in for vacation/sick days. Please let QIC Corporation know your schedule, and we will work with you!
This position is perfect for individuals who are flexible & only need 4-16 days per a month; maybe more, maybe less!
This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for individuals with nontraditional shifts, such as firefighters or others who work 24??'on/48??'off rotations, etc.
This position is a great fit to fill in on your off??'days, making it great for people with unique schedules .

This team member must Consistently physically move with a steady, determined swift pace & purpose throughout each day.
Tasks include following your route & distributing packages while maintaining time management, as well as following DOT regulations & safety measures.

This position is a fast-paced position & is geared to someone who loves to interact with people in a positive way.
QIC Fed Ex Pickup & Delivery Driver consists of beginning the day at the Terminal/driver Hub between 7:30-8:00 am, completing a pre-trip inspection. While Fed Ex loaders load your truck, a driver's responsibility to organization & efficiency reduces time and maximizes a positive daily outcome. Once efficiently loaded & released, you will have a short drive to the delivery area in Western Shawnee & Lenexa to complete the delivery of packages. Packages come in all shapes, sizes, and weights. While some packages may be small to medium, Fed Ex allows larger packages up to a maximum 150lbs. With larger packages, you will have assistance from dollies (and teammates if necessary). This position is an active, physical, and fast-paced position. You will be bending, bending at the knees, lifting, moving quickly, delivering a large volume of packages, and working in the KS weather. Upon completing your day, you will return your truck to the terminal. QIC managers carefully plan routes to be completed no later than 5:00-5:30pm; with appreciable potential to be done earlier.
