Job summary

QIC Corporation in Kansas is seeking a Fed Ex Pick-up & Delivery Driver. No CDL required. You will deliver packages to various addresses, work daytime shifts, and be part of a safety‑minded team.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a potential raise to $21 per hour after 60 days, plus monthly safety bonuses and benefits. Company truck and uniform provided; open to applicants without a college diploma. Location: Lenexa or Olathe, KS; route coverage includes Western Shawnee & Lenexa; you

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid, non-expired Driver's License.
• No CDL necessary.
• FMCSA requires English proficiency for DOT regulations.
• No DUIs.
• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Daytime shift only.
• Paid Training.

QIC seeks a Pick-up & Delivery Driver. Accepting Full-Time or Part-Time applicants. You can work by yourself, deliver a wide variety of packages to different addresses, drive a well-maintained vehicle, be part of our team, and get home for dinner. Tasks include following your route & delivering packages while maintaining time management, as well as following DOT regulations & safety measures. We do not micromanage! We have opportunities for Full-time or Part-time with a flexible schedule.

This position is a fast-paced position for someone who loves to interact with people in a positive way. Initiative is an absolute must!!!!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have avalid, non-expired Driver's License
• No CDL necessary
• FMCSArequires commercial drivers to read, speak, and understand English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway signs and signals, and respond to official inquiries, as per 49 C.F.R.391.11(b)(2).
• No DUIs
• Pre-employment background check is required
• Pre-employment drug screen - (NOMJ, MJ prescriptions NOTallowed per DOT).
• Requires initiative with fast-moving feet and mindset,with safety as #1
• Daytime shift only
• Paid Training
