Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly and warmly.
• Takes food orders and relays to back-of-house staff.
• Demonstrates understanding of menu items and ingredients.
• Communicates with back-of-house to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner.
• Cooks fast-food items in compliance with food safety standards.
• Performs light cleaning to maintain sanitation and safety.
