• Resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Cooks fast-food items in compliance with safety standards.
• Performs light cleaning to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Keeps equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Performs sales transactions, rings items, and collects signatures.
• Handles cash drawer in compliance with procedures.
