Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology to be well-informed on priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipment process and omni order fulfilment in-store and curbside.
