Job summary

Maurices Incorporated in Longview, WA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylists/Sales Support) to deliver excellent customer service, build wardrobes, and contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation.

You’ll guide customers through our brand experience, use store technology (POS, tablets, headsets), support omni-channel orders, and maintain standards while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment, while handling competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up.
