Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that reflect current trends and promotions.
• Promote Levi's omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve customer concerns following store policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on elevated issues and comply with all store procedures and policies.
