• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel experience
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipment processes and omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up
