maurices is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for Store 1091-St Marys Sqr ShpCtr in Saint Marys, OH. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers build wardrobes, and participating in visual merchandising to maintain strong store presentation.

You will engage with customers, drive sales, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience while supporting omni-channel initiatives like curbside pickup and online integration.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willing to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Advise on style and fit with product knowledge to influence purchases.
• Operate POS systems to deliver a seamless in-store and online experience.
• Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Assist with product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni channel order fulfillment including curbside pickup.
