Talbots in Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time sales associate who excels in customer service and fashion styling. You will engage with customers, build relationships, and promote our modern classic line.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced store environment. Ideal candidates will stay knowledgeable on new arrivals, assist in store initiatives, and contribute to overall sales and clienteling efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence and styling expertise.
• Love of fashion and ability to build client relationships.
• Strong communication, integrity and teamwork.
• Technological competency to navigate a computer/iPad/handheld system.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability for 15–20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to build brand relationships.
• Assist management to grow store business and utilize Concierge for clienteling.
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Create outfits with product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and achieve sales/service metrics.
• Complete operational tasks: fill orders, replenishment, recovery.
