Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of shift; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently creates a welcoming environment as customers enter or exit the store.
• Responds to customer inquiries; assists with merchandise selection.
• Explains current sales, promotions, credit card apps and brand initiatives.
• Completes sales transactions at registers and handles returns/exchanges courteously.
• Maintains visual standards and assists in store recovery and upkeep.
• Adheres to company policies and loss prevention practices.
• Provides feedback to management and supports cross-functional teams.
• Works a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
