Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language to communicate with management, customers and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Displays fashion and trend knowledge and helps meet customer needs by selling appropriate merchandise while following DTLR standards.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Project a positive, energetic impression and maintain an enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
• Complies with all company policies.
• Embraces service training and product programs.
• Ensures visual standards are followed, daily restock is completed, and size runs reflect visual directions.
• Helps prevent theft by employees and customers.
• Maintains a neat, orderly sales environment and store organization as directed by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
