Job summary

Responsibilities

• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge and satisfies customer needs by selling appropriate merchandise while maintaining DTLR standards.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Presents a positive, energetic, outgoing impression to each customer with enthusiasm for the job and company.
• Complies with all company policies and participates in service training and product programs.
• Ensures visual standards are followed, restock is completed, and adequate size runs are represented per visual directions.
• Helps maintain a neat, organized sales environment and store.
