Job summary

The ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Wayne, NJ, to drive sales and create a great in-store experience. You bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to help keep customers coming back.

You will report to the Store Manager and support daily operations, including merchandising, restocking, and following all store policies. Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
