Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of English to communicate with customers and staff.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge; ability to work with customers in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge and satisfies customer needs by selling appropriate merchandise while maintaining DTLR standards and building relationships.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Presents a positive, energetic, outgoing impression to customers and maintains a positive attitude toward the job and company.
• Complies with all company policies and participates in service training and product programs.
• Ensures all visual standards are followed, daily restock is completed and adequate size runs are represented per visual directions.
• Helps prevent both employee and customer theft and keeps the store neat and organized.
• Supports store management in keeping the store organized and performing other duties as assigned.
