Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Customer Associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced setting. You will be the face of the brand, providing expert styling advice, guiding customers through products, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, utilizing Polo Connect, and maintaining store standards while collaborating with teammates to uphold the brand promise and policies across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Strong fashion knowledge and styling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understand sales objectives and consistently meet/exceed individual KPI targets.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans by collaborating with the team to uphold brand standards.
• Connect customers using our Polo Connect program.
• Assist customers with sizing and maintain store standards in fitting rooms.
• Maintain store visual standards and comply with policies and procedures.
• Support opening/closing duties and store operations such as replenishment and floor sets.
