Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise.
• Capable of packing and unpacking boxes up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to customers.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support as needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and manage register operations.
• Understand and achieve store sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with visual merchandising and planogram changes.
• Communicate trends to management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft and ensure loss prevention practices.
• Maintain a tidy stock room and store appearance.
• Help build and retain a collaborative team.
