Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career focused on financial-protection options. You will work with warm leads, talk with clients who requested help, and be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You will take requested conversations, explain benefit options simply, help clients enroll when it fits, and maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom and you will receive coaching from people who have done the work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable on camera and able to engage clients over Zoom.
• Ability to follow a written process and stay coachable.

Responsibilities

• Take conversations from warm leads and avoid cold lists.
• Explain financial-protection options clearly to clients.
• Assist eligible clients in enrolling when it is a fit.
