Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care+ seeks Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time outpatient role in our team-based primary care model. We focus on whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment designed to balance high-quality care with work–life harmony.

You will work with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships in a modern, well-supported clinic.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or board-eligible with intent to certify
• Commitment to whole-person, family-centered care
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a modern, team-based clinic
• Collaborate with APPs and care teams to deliver preventive and chronic care
• Develop long-term patient relationships and coordinate care across the team
