Colorado Mountain Medical in Dillon, CO, part of the Vail Health system, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for Dillon Family Medicine. The role is part-time, with one 10-hour shift per week, delivering patient care under Colorado Medical Staff privileges.

The Advanced Practice Provider will work with Colorado Mountain Physicians to provide care and complete related duties, ensuring quality outcomes in a collaborative setting.

Formación

• Two years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Licensure and credentialing as required by Colorado.
• Collaborative care with physicians and APPs within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care under designated Colorado Mountain Medical physicians.
• Support daily patient flow to optimize care and safety.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
