Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional nannying or family assistant experience.

• Licensed driver with a clean driving record; car is optional but helpful.

• Willing to get COVID-Vaccine & Booster if eligible.

A busy Capitol Hill family is seeking a dependable, organized, and engaging Part-Time Family Assistant/Nanny to join their family three days a week! With two sweet girls, ages 5 and 3, and a baby on the way, this role is a wonderful blend of childcare and household support. Responsibilities will include school pickups, taking the girls to activities such as tennis, ballet, and Little Gym, preparing meals and school lunches, children’s laundry, organizing, helping around the house, and caring for the family dog. Both schools are within walking distance, but the family would love someone who is comfortable driving when needed, especially in poor weather and once the new baby arrives; a car is not required, as the family can provide one if necessary. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys being part of a busy family, and must be comfortable with dogs.
