Job summary

Naples, FL-based family seeks a meticulous Housekeeper / Family Assistant to maintain a spotless home and support daily family routines. This long-term, live-out role includes housekeeping, laundry, kitchen upkeep, grocery shopping, and errands. You’ll assist Mom with a baby (ages 1 and 2) for short periods each day and may join family outings.

Pool and a friendly dog are part of the home. Hours are part-time with 20 guaranteed hours per week; compensation is $25–30/hr.

Qualifications

• Professional housekeeping or household assistant experience required.
• Childcare experience with infants or toddlers preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide 3–5 professional references.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive for errands.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, tidy, and organized to a precise standard.
• Laundry, kitchen upkeep, grocery shopping, and running errands.
• Assist Mom with the baby for short periods each day.
• Occasionally join family outings and manage household needs.
• Manage closets, pantry, playroom, and other spaces.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and inventories maintained.
