Fordham Law School at Lincoln Center invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach a course in “Trademark Law” with an expected start date in spring 2027. The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor with extensive trademark expertise, and prior teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach an engaging course at the Law School exploring legal issues within Trademark Law, including in-depth analysis of statues, regulations, case-law, and other practice-oriented documents.
• The course will place an emphasize on Trademark matters, ownership, registration, infringement and remedies.
• Develop a syllabus that covers the principles of Trademarks
• Introduce trademark matters in the news and international developments
• Shape a set of learning objectives that students will master by the end of the course.
• Evaluate and grade student course performance in alignment with the appropriate grading curves, providing constructive feedback to foster students’ understanding of core concepts.

Description

Fordham Law School invites applications for an adjunct instructor position to teach a course in “Trademark Law”. The expected start date is for the spring 2027 semester. The Law School is particularly interested in courses that combine both theory and current legal practice.

Responsibilities
