Job summary

San Jacinto College is seeking a part-time Real Estate instructor for the South campus to teach Real Estate related course work. Instructors will be hired on an as-needed basis and may work evenings or weekends, with on-site teaching at the designated location.

Applicants must have an associate degree or higher, an active Texas Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license, and at least five years of full-time real estate industry experience (excluding teaching).

Part-Time Faculty - Real Estate (South)

Teaching Real Estate related course work.

Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course. A portion of teaching assignment may be evening classes and possibly weekend classes. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, which may require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an Associate's Degree or higher.
• Must have an active Texas Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license.
• Must have at least five (5) years full time industry experience in Real Estate, excluding teaching.

Salary Grade: AH
