San Jacinto College is seeking part-time Psychology faculty for SJC Online to deliver online psychology coursework to online learners. Instructors are hired on an as-needed basis and must reside in Texas.

These appointments are not guaranteed and end with the course duration. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree with eighteen graduate hours in Psychology; prior experience teaching in higher education is preferred.

• Prior experience in teaching Psychology coursework in higher education (preferred).

Part-Time Faculty - Psychology (SJC Online)

Teaching Psychology related coursework.

Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available for San Jac Online. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective courses. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using online delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College. All San Jac Online faculty should reside in the state of Texas.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree with eighteen (18) graduate hours in Psychology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in teaching Psychology coursework in higher education.

Salary Grade: AH
