San Jacinto College seeks a Part-Time Faculty member to teach Physical Education at the Central campus. The instructor will provide quality PE coursework, assess student learning, and contribute to student success within a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

The position involves teaching PE-related course work with delivery methods adapted to student needs, and employment is on an as-needed basis, separate from regular full-time staff benefits.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher with at least 18 graduate hours in Physical Education.
• Experience and certifications in specialty areas (e.g., water aerobics and/or swim instruction) preferred.

Part-Time Faculty - Physical Education (Central)

Teaching Physical Education related course work.

Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course. A portion of teaching assignment may be evening classes and possibly weekend classes. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, which may require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or above with at least eighteen (18) graduate hours in Physical Education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and certifications in specialty (i.e. water aerobics and/or swim instruction etc.).

Salary Grade: AH
