Pay Range

Pay Range $1,483.20 - $1,751 per credit hour

Salary offers at Syracuse University will be based on education, experience, and relevant skills, as well as the academic or professional discipline of the position in the context of the home department, school, or college. Salary offers may also be influenced by prior relevant work or industry experience, where applicable. Faculty pay ranges are for 8.5 months’ salary unless otherwise specified.

Job Description

The department of drama and Tepper Semester within the College of Visual And Performing Arts seeks a Part‑Time instructor to teach DRA 321: Advanced Voice/Verse: Accents and Dialects, a three-credit hour course, during the Spring 2027 Tepper semester.
The course focuses on exploration of accent acquisition and acting in dialect. the course will offer a range of dramatic materials from diverse group of artists.

Qualifications
  • Two plus years teaching acting at college level.
  • Advanced terminal degree (or equivalent professional experience) desirable.
