San Jacinto College North campus is seeking qualified Part-Time Faculty to teach Criminal Justice (Technical Courses). Instructors are hired on an as-needed basis and serve for the duration of the selected course, with possible evening or weekend teaching and on-site responsibilities.
Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of Criminal Justice work experience. Salary is determined by the Board-approved salary schedule AH for the current year.

Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time facultyarenot entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course. A portion of teaching assignment may be evening classes and possibly weekend classes. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, which may require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location.
