• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or related skilled trade.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of offices and shop facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Complete general building repairs and minor improvements.
• Change interior and exterior light bulbs and assist with lighting maintenance.
• Assemble, move, and install office furniture.
• Maintain landscaping and exterior areas.
• Support Fleet Shop with facility-related maintenance and supplies.
• Travel between headquarters and Fleet Shop as needed.
