Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or day porter experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Eligible to work in the United States and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated areas during operating hours.
• Provide restroom maintenance and restock supplies.
• Perform routine cleaning: wipe, sanitize, dust, sweep, mop.
• Empty and replace trash throughout the building.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills.
• Keep entryways and high-traffic areas presentable.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Follow safety standards and site protocols.
• Provide courteous, professional service to staff and visitors.
