Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in office buildings and other facilities. Responsibilities include lobby spot cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and reporting maintenance needs. DailyPay is available to support flexible, on-demand pay.

The role is full-time, on-site, with normal early-morning shifts and a collaborative team environment within a large facility services organization.

Qualifications

• Basic janitorial duties in commercial buildings.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts and consistent hours.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash on site.
• Empty exterior trash receptacles and clean restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby floors, dust mop, and sweep entrances as needed.
• Report lights out and solicitors to Management Office; police lobby during high traffic.
