Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory's Kroc Center in Green Bay is seeking a Maintenance staff member to support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. The role focuses on repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day facility needs while collaborating with the wider Kroc team.

This 18-hour-per-week position offers a varied schedule (3–5 days, 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m., rotating Saturdays).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• First Aid, CPR and AED Certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Wisconsin Driver's license required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on restrooms, public areas, and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Maintains facility appearance by painting and replacing worn fixtures to keep the space inviting for guests, staff, and volunteers.
• Responds to alarms, spills, and hazards during shift and supports events as needed.
