ECOBRITE SERVICES LLC is seeking a part-time housekeeping janitor in Albuquerque, NM. The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks daily.

You will work with management to adhere to a cleaning schedule and follow safety and confidentiality policies. Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor care, and specialized cleaning, with shifts including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum floors; trash disposal; sanitize surfaces; dust and polish; clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: clean sensitive areas; sanitize high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: follow trainings and safety guidelines; report maintenance needs; comply with security and confidentiality policies.
