Job summary

Elite Building Services is seeking a part-time Cleaner for our Newtown Square facility in PA. The role includes cleaning offices, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas, plus floor care such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Site 8394 - Mainline Health. The job pays $19.15 per hour. This is a union position; the selected applicant will be required to sign up with the union if not already a member.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Dusting and glass cleaning; empty trash; restocking paper products.
