MSNW is seeking a part-time janitor to maintain clean, organized, and safe environments at client sites. You’ll join a team that values excellence and integrity while performing routine cleaning tasks and reporting needs.

The position runs Sunday through Friday for about 25 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $24.14 per hour. Applicants should be reliable, physically capable, and able to pass a background check. MSNW is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Physically capable of standing and performing demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices preferred but not required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipment.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Perform restroom cleaning and restock supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessary.
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time.
