Job summary

The YMCA is seeking a part-time Facility Support Assistant at the Caylor-Nickel FDN. Family YMCA in Bluffton, IN. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment, perform janitorial tasks, and support the maintenance team while engaging with members and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, religion, or culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties including bathrooms, windows, floors, trash, and detail cleaning to maintain a clean environment.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms and other assigned areas; maintain floors, walls, windows, and surfaces.
• Assist with miscellaneous maintenance tasks and support staff to ensure welcoming facilities.
