Exaktera in Rochester, MN is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Worker to handle general facility upkeep, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance. You will keep the environment safe, clean, and functional, performing in-house fixes and coordinating with outside specialists for major work.

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in general upkeep.
Proficiency with common hand and power tools; basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge.
Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine repairs and upkeep such as plumbing fixes, drywall patching, painting, lighting, and door/furniture repairs.
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and safety devices.
Care for exterior areas and basic grounds maintenance including snow/ice cleanup as needed.
Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and manage basic inventory of maintenance supplies.
Log tasks and report larger facility issues to management.
