Job summary

Piqua Harley-Davidson is seeking a reliable, self-starting maintenance/janitorial associate for part-time hours. The role covers cleaning, landscaping, equipment upkeep, and basic repairs in a shop environment.

Expect 20–30 hours per week with potential Saturdays, and a focus on teamwork and reliability. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance or janitorial work, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Regular inspections of the facility.

• Read & write in English; basic math.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Maintain supplies and equipment logs.
• Driver’s license with clean record; ability to drive large vans.

Responsibilities

• Daily/Weekly cleaning of office and shop area, indoors and outdoors.
• General landscaping as required.
• General equipment upkeep/maintenance.
• Painting, repairing and servicing equipment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
