Job summary

CUSA, LLC in Rome, GA is seeking a part-time Maintenance team member to support the upkeep of our site. This role helps keep the building safe, functional, and ready for customers and staff, with an estimated 20–25 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

You’ll handle routine building maintenance across plumbing, basic electrical and carpentry; painting and drywall repair; and basic HVAC preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic building maintenance experience or training (plumbing/electrical/carpentry).
• Painting and drywall repair skills.
• HVAC preventative maintenance basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance across plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Paint and repair drywall as needed to keep spaces functional and presentable.
• Carry out basic HVAC preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
