Job summary

Koniag Operations Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a part-time General Maintenance Worker/Custodian to support the Old Harbor Village Clinic.

This role provides general maintenance, custodial services, and basic repairs across assigned facilities, ensuring spaces remain clean, safe, and functional. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to perform physical tasks with reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking and bending.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and general building upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and minor repairs.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to the Project Manager.
• Assist with setting up rooms and moving equipment as needed.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, common areas, offices, and workspaces.
