Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks (bulbs, minor repairs, simple building issues).
• Clean and maintain restrooms, common areas, offices, and workspaces; sweep, mop, vacuum, and trash recycling.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to the Project Manager; assist with room setup and equipment movement.
• Monitor building conditions and support staff during routine tasks; follow safety protocols.
