Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Support Coordinator for its East Liverpool facility. The role involves general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and surrounding property, with emphasis on a professional appearance and safety compliance.

You will plan repair work, coordinate with contractors, and perform janitorial duties across common areas. Responsibilities include trash removal, proper use of cleaning solutions, painting, lawn care tasks, and readiness to work evenings

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with lawn care equipment and cleaning supplies is required.
• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by following policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Performs general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and surrounding property to maintain a professional appearance.
• Plans repair work and secures supplies, materials and tools required to complete the job.
• Coordinates work to be completed with contractors as needed.
• Performs housekeeping/janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness of common areas (offices, restrooms, locker rooms, lunchrooms, conference rooms, etc.).
• Removes trash and recyclables from various areas of the facility.
• Appropriately uses cleaning solutions and follows safety guidelines.
• Maintains availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
