Job summary

Magnolia Gardens is seeking a Part-time Janitor to maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the facility and assist in providing a safe, healthy, and dignified setting for residents.

The role requires prior janitor experience, especially in a Skilled Nursing Home, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be flexible with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Home.
• Prior experience as a Janitor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular, reliable, and punctual attendance per facility policy.
• Cleans or maintains rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and common areas to meet health standards.
• Cleans resident rooms according to the assigned schedule and facility procedures.
• Cleans other areas of the facility and performs janitor-related tasks as directed by Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assists with weekly and monthly major housekeeping tasks as requested by Housekeeping Supervisor.
