Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans hard floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, moving items to access floors.
• Wet mop entrances, lobbies, stairways, and other non-carpeted areas.
• Vacuum and clean floor mats, rugs, and remove debris.
• Clean elevator interiors, rails, push plates, and buttons for a neat appearance.
• Clean interior and exterior glass mirrors and trims.
• Polish decorative metal surfaces like kick plates and rails.
• Remove spills and marks from surfaces after cleaning agents.
• Disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, lavatories, showers, dispensers, and fixtures.
• Ensure restrooms are stocked with tissue, towels, and soap.
• Collect and dispose of trash from waste receptacles; replace liners.
• Complete non-routine cleaning as scheduled; handle emergencies.
