Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 25 pounds.
• Standing and repetitive motions required for majority of shifts.
• Background check required; basic computer navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and wet mop hard surface floors
• Vacuum carpeted spaces and all building area rugs
• Complete bathroom cleaning and supply replenishment
• Garbage removal from all areas of the building to the waste dumpster
• Interior window cleaning
• Dusting of building, fixtures, and furnishings
• Light maintenance including bulb replacement, painting, and minor repairs
• Secure building, as needed
• Notify supervisor when major repairs are needed
