Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a part-time Janitor in Seattle, WA. You’ll perform routine cleaning across client sites, following established standards, with opportunities for growth within a leading facility services provider.

The role offers steady, weekly pay at $23 per hour, Monday–Friday, with on-site work and flexible schedules to fit part-time availability. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months janitorial experience or on-the-job training provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with custodial practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow chemical usage procedures to protect floors and objects.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and operate compactors as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; assist with carpet care.
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule and use heavy equipment when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
