Part-Time Facilities Assistant - The Fox & The Grouse

Greco is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Assistant in Eden Prairie.

The Facilities Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining our property. Responsibilities include cleaning outdoor spaces, painting apartments and shared areas, and ensuring our grounds and common areas are inviting. Your work will contribute to the Greco Seal of Approval, highlighting the unique story of each property.

Key duties include:

• Painting in common areas, hallways, and stairwells
• Upkeep and painting of amenity spaces
• Painting for apartment turnovers and guest suites
• Maintaining vacant apartments for leasing
• Trash removal
• Executing special projects as assigned

An individual must be able to perform these duties successfully. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

• Availability for weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours

• Work 20 hours per week
