Job summary

PGA Golf Properties Inc. is seeking a part-time F&B Server Assistant in Port St. Lucie, FL. You will support the dining room, banquet areas, and clubhouse staff, delivering friendly, professional service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, seating guests, running food, maintaining cleanliness, and following daily checklists to ensure a great guest experience. Training on POS via iPad is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to attend to dining room, banquet areas and clubhouse patrons professionally.
• Experience with dining room service and hospitality standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems via iPad preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the à la carte service staff and banquet events throughout the dining experience, providing quality customer service and anticipating guests' needs.
• Seat guests, run food, and maintain dining room cleanliness and organization.
• Set up, reset, and restock tables and service areas following standards.
