Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Part-Time F-16 Instructor Pilot to deliver realistic air tactics training for the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command. Based at Homestead, Florida, this role involves operating advanced simulation technologies and providing instructional support. Ideal candidates have significant F-16 experience and must hold a Top Secret security clearance. The role offers flexible hours, contributing to combat-readiness through structured training exercises.

Qualifications

• Current or former F-16 pilot required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to work on-site with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Simulate red-air tactics using the F-16 MTT.
• Operate simulator consoles and conduct debriefs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on air tactics.
• Coordinate with Weapons Officers for accurate scenario crafting.
• Support event orchestration to maximize training value.

Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years relevant experience
